Healing takes time and if problems are not dealt with both effectively and consistently, they will fester and turn into depression gronded in bitterness. Problems will not only manifest physically but emotionally. You may find yourself in a relationship that isn’t going anywhere, you may find yourself overly dependent on alcohol as your coping mechanism. It’s time to tell yourself that enough is enough.
